The Small Builders Association (SBA) is a member-led nonprofit dedicated to empowering small builders, vendors, and contractors across California. Based in the Bay Area and expanding statewide, SBA provides a platform for connection, advocacy, and growth—giving small builders greater access, visibility, and opportunities in an industry often dominated by larger players. Through education, strategic partnerships, and a strong collective voice, SBA supports a more balanced and inclusive housing landscape.
